I've noticed quite oa few of PP's hard disk conversions don't run under EmuTOS either. Looks like some sort of interrupt/timer issue.
Given that writting wierd disk formats probably relies upon strange timing I wonder if this is related.

The
EmuTOS Sourceforge links page says to use
their mailing list for bug reports.
I wonder why they don't seem to actively use Github's built in issue tracker.
