The new audio amp is routed on the H5 REV C :hide:

Had to move a fair bit of tracking as the audio lines ran right across the board  So tried to keep the audio on the bottom (as then acts a shield to the parts on top and tracks etc) and keep them away from the datalines etc...

EDIT:

Tried Eagle 9 AGAIN.. It won't snap to the track like Eagle 7 does

@Icky reminded me I wanted to add a reset switch on the front... why ? Because I keep having to each over the PSU bending around at all angles to reset the thing all the time.. not good for ones back... So I added a switch in at the front to make things easier.. Probably not much use for many people... I also added in a power port at the front, as I always need power for something :)

Nice touch (excuse my pun). But perhaps a SMT tactile switch could be more suitable for this placement? I know you already got a bunch of reset switches at stock and therefore used that?

Yeah just using what I have really.. I do have some tactile switches, but there's so many versions of them, If others wanted to fit one, they would want to know the part number of the ones I fitted, which I have no idea.. Then id have to find a new one, do a lib for it etc.. and SMT ones tend to melt :(

EDIT:
If someone finds one in farnell and mouser, and finds a lib or does a lib for it, I can add it.. though I did not really expect anyone else to use the front switch..

Front switch is a great idea. Using the H5 open most of the time, I’m always scared to get my hand so close to the open PSU just to reset the H5 as I touched the 240V once or twice already. Not pleasant..
