As far as I know Emutos doesn't support the DSP, so that is most likely your issue and not your glorious hardware :)

By the way great project! I actually think I would prefer a fast 030 alternative to the ct60, as software compatibility would be higher.

As Badwolf correctly mentioned a few post before, DSP support has been recently added to EmuTOS. (Of course, with it being so fresh, there still could be bugs remaining.)
