I did make the SMD and there were issues with it, I cant remember exactly what I did to solve them though.
The ports needs realigning too and the mounts dont line up.
Also there are problems with the coating going over some pads. I think they fixed most of them but I think U33 is still covered.

It's much better but not SMD.

Hmm that’s a shame. I really don’t like through hole soldering. Has anyone made a BOM with part numbers for the latter one?

Looking good!
I just wish I had the time to commit, I have a few donor boards. Also a shame they are only in that colour, it's not something I would go for.

There are black PCBs as well.
