I can confirm it does.
Before the 534, I used 1.3 on the 1000 with the TF530 just fine (even got IDE to work later with the hacked scsi.device ROM.)
I have two TF536s waiting to go into a couple of STFM machines, but the sockets are right under the keyboard; not sure how I’m going to tackle that yet.
Whatever you’ve got going on there sounds interesting. Let me know how it turns out!
