I'm afraid that I've never used MiNT so I can't help you with any MiNT issues, but perhaps somebody else is familiar with the process?

Bad, I missed this adapter for My Falcon. I hope it will have another batch soon because I really need it for my multisync monitor

Great, but only 21? You should have received 25.

Next batch underway. These may be the last ones of this type. As mentioned somewhere else, I am working on a revised design (bit smaller etc) but likely won't go ahead until this current batch has sold. As the connectors are near impossible to obtain , I don't know how much longer I can keep making them anyway.

EDIT:

It seems some of the sockets have been assembled in the wrong orientation  So please fit the OSC so the sharp tab on the osc (pin1) is next to the sharp corner on the silk screen print.

One more fun thing left to do. Take the "screws" out on the DSUB-19 connector and loosely fit them the the other way around, otherwise you won't be able to plug them into the Falcon's monitor port. Yeah, it sucks I know! :-)

My poor fingers can't do that much fiddly work, so customers will have to do it.
