I would have bought an Exxos CT60 PSU had he made them.
Tempting..
Count me in if that happens...

Oh. My. God.
Back in 2023 I was sending Pavel (Centuriontech) my three (!) CT6x boards, I wrote to him (loosely translated):
... I'm sending you your CT63, my CT60e and my old CT63. All of them have one thing in common: somehow their ABE chip died. Yours had the manufacturing error but the other two were perfectly fine and suddenly stopped working. They had one thing in common: they were tested in the same Falcon with your CT60 PSU [surely a pre-2024 model]. Nothing has exploded, short-circuited, they just stopped working.
There's no way this is a coincidence.

Thanks for the report @mikro.
Maybe if you have a scope, test the live mains in the the PSU on the PSU itself, turn the switch off, and see if theres any spikes at turn off. I'd assume there isn't, but it should be checked..

Very wise. So now it's confirmed 3 people have had stuff killed by his PSU.. I wonder how many other people have bought one and not said anying yet..

Does that switch have a voltage rating stamped on it anywhere as it doesn't look mains rated to me. I'm assuming 230v or similar to the UK.
No, I don’t think there was anything written on it.
In Germany, we have 230V.

Sorry, I’m a bit confused at the moment. ;) The power supply was fine on my end and was included in the parcel. Pavel checked it and didn’t find any faults. All voltages were correct. It was down to that rather poor-quality switch. There’s also a new PSU version from 2025. I still have the previous model.
I’m curious to see what happens once the parcel with the Falcon arrives, and what the real problem was.

That psu looks like onof those cheap China ones?
The problem seems to be "flashover" mains voltage on the mains switch to the CT60 mode select wire.
