Just tried my CD32 with the hack and it is warm to the finger but if I press my finger down had on it then yeah it is hotter, so it like yours but again I have had this mod for ages on this Cd32 and it has been ok,I suppose because it has the delay line now built into it it will run hotter, but I will put a small heatsink on it like you
I just pulled the Spec sheets for the CXA2075 and the working temp range is -25c to +75c so it`s fine :)

DO NOT USE MOBILE / CGNAT DEVICES WHERE THE IP CHANGES CONSTANTLY!
At this time, it is unfortunately not possible to whitelist users when your IP changes constantly.
You may inadvertently get banned because a previous attack may have used the IP you are now on.
So I suggest people only use fixed IP address devices until I can think of a solution for this problem!

Hello all. I noticed a lot of people are having issues with cxa2075 overheating and reaching temps close to 100 degrees Celsius, especially on the 1200. Is it possible its caused by insufficient decoupling on vcc2? The data sheet for cxa2075 shows 2 capacitors uses in parallel, a 0.01uf ceramic capacitor and 47uf electrolytic.

I explored this possibility. That A1200 board has two decoupling capacitors in parallel for the cxa ( C12A and C12B), but curiously, one is 47nF and the other, 220nF.
I replaced the 47nF one with a 22uF one to see if that would help, but no, cxa2075m still heats a lot. But it heats not too much, I can keep my finger on top of it and it won't burn.
