DO NOT USE DEVICES WHERE THE IP CHANGES CONSTANTLY!
At this time it is unfortunately not possible to white list users when your IP changes constantly.
You may inadvertently get banned because a previous attack may have used the IP you are now on.
So I suggest people only use fixed IP address devices until I can think of a solution for this problem!

I mean yeah they "only" went up like £20, but trying to buy 100 of them.. it's not a insignificant amount

Re: DFB1X Falcon booster buyers interests
They do look impressive. I felt the need to splurge them over social media a bit.

Life is too short not to have an Amiga/Atari.
Re: DFB1X Falcon booster buyers interests
I had to look twice - for a minute I thought it was screengrabs from new rotozoomer demo for CT60.
They look nice, and it is a *lot* of them!

Re: DFB1X Falcon booster buyers interests
Hmm, really tempting...
Re: DFB1X Falcon booster buyers interests
That's only about half of them done as well this batch! 40 was done in total IIRC. A few already sold, a few are already in stock. The ones in the image as just the ones which haven't been fully built and tested yet.
Re: DFB1X Falcon booster buyers interests
Currently, there are approximately 5 DFB1X units in stock. Unfortunately, the price will soon increase by about £30 due to rising CPU costs.
As I mentioned before, I have run out of CPUs, and their prices have increased significantly. Although they were sourced from China, the cost of acquiring them, combined with the risk of some being faulty, makes purchasing them no longer cost-effective. I explored various quoting sites to find cheaper suppliers, but the prices were no different. Unable to find more affordable options, I decided to source NOS CPUs from my UK broker, which will further increase the price.
I have listed some barebones units in the store for £165:
https://www.exxosforum.co.uk/atari/store2/#0272
These come with V105 firmware flashed, a CPU socket fitted, and TOS404 flashed. They do not include a CPU or FPU and are sold as is, untested. Since I cannot fully test them without installing a CPU and FPU, and removing them risks damage, I will not fit and test them just to sell them cheaper. Fully assembled units with everything installed will be sold as fully tested.
Last time I offered barebones units, there was little interest. If no one purchases them within a few days, I will likely remove them from sale and complete them as fully built and tested units for stock. Building and testing will take a few days, and I am also waiting for the new CPUs to arrive. If you want a barebones unit, order now, as I will not disassemble fully built units later.
Fully built and tested DFB1X units:

The price has not yet increased as these units still use CPUs from China. Once that stock is depleted, the price will rise by approximately £30 to reflect the increased CPU costs.

First batch of new unused 030 CPUs just arrived
The date code on the package say 0816 , assuming 2008, I didn't think they made them that long

Re: DFB1X Falcon booster buyers interests
I love mine! I just need another Falcon so I don't have to keep swapping between the DFB1X and the CT63.
