At this time, it is unfortunately not possible to whitelist users when your IP changes constantly.
You may inadvertently get banned because a previous attack may have used the IP you are now on.
So I suggest people only use fixed IP address devices until I can think of a solution for this problem!

When the M110 is in the Mega ST Bus Slot and the Powercord connected without start the Matrix driver Software the Atari works fine.

There are already 5 GALs there. Try to change all...

Despite 170IMS DAC still the same at the end of loading the driver comes a reset ...

I don't have an idea what's wrong there :( Why driver generates Bus Error and resets all machinery.
If this is C27 GAL problem then I don't know how to evaluate it without another card with a C27 chip.
It is hard case...
