It appears you started working on the fixes that became the tf1230r1_2021_10_30_alpha.zip release after the post about upload to https://github.com/terriblefire/tf1230. So from the post timestamps it looks like the additional firmware fixes were never committed to github?
Thats correct. i've not updated github.

Got my TF1230 updated today with Raspberry because Super Stardust glitches and Nexus7 didn't work.

Now Nexus7 works but in Super Stardust music still makes strange repeating in menu and between stages there's flickering in text and music plays too slow. So didn't make difference between these two firmwares. Strange.

Try getting the latest Whdload slave for Super stardust from 2022, then it will work as you must have an older version, I tried the old one and it does crash but the one from 2022 works fine this is on the AGS ( Amiga Game Selector)

Also there is a bug in the whdload game, you must press fire button to bypass the Start intro where the text scrolls up the screen, otherwise it can/will go to blank screen

try the one below
SSdust.zip

Thanks for the tip! I'll try that.

With Blizzard 1230 III 40MHz Super Stardust works with no problems so I was blaming TF1230. Blizzard is little slower than TF1230 at the same clock.
My TF1230 has 128Mb memory.

Edit: It works! All the files were exact same size and date so I was a little skeptical it's the same version but no.

8 Bit Dreams wrote: 30 Oct 2021 10:58 Well, there is a Video on YouTube with a comparison of TF1230 vs Tsunami1230, some demos showing glitches, indeed, this may be caused by RAM timings I think:

Unlikely. More likely cache settings.

Can this be reproduced on TF330? TF1230 is essentially the same card.
Veeery late to the game, sorry, but I just tried the demos (and the game Super Stardust) in the video on my CD32+TF330 and I was able to reproduce the same issues. Were the fixes ever brought over to the TF330?
