DO NOT USE MOBILE / CGNAT DEVICES WHERE THE IP CHANGES CONSTANTLY!
At this time, it is unfortunately not possible to whitelist users when your IP changes constantly.
You may inadvertently get banned because a previous attack may have used the IP you are now on.
So I suggest people only use fixed IP address devices until I can think of a solution for this problem!

Surely it's all but one is the wrong way around? ;-)Forgottenmyname wrote: 06 Aug 2018 17:46 It's the one that's incorrectly rotated that annoys me :mrgreen:
Intro retro computers since before they were retro...
ZX81->Spectrum->Memotech MTX->Sinclair QL->520STM->BBC Micro->TT030->PCs & Sun Workstations.
Added code to the MiNT kernel (still there the last time I checked) + put together MiNTOS.
Collection now with added Macs, Amigas, Suns and Acorns.

Re: STE V1.5 32MHz BOOSTER - STATUS
One thing I noticed the other day which I need to look at the bit more.. Was that HD10.01 driver crashed on boot up in 40MHz mode. I am not sure if anything else was loading in the AUTO folder.. I need to check will not had chance yet..
Basically when HD10 loaded it would bomb out. You'll thing is if I booted in 8MHz mode it would all load fine, and then the driver seemed to work fine in switching back to 40MHz mode. I emailed Uwe about it, he says it works on other machines like the Milan etc and that there is no timing dependent code in HD10..
So if any of you guys with this booster can try it out, really just load the driver from the floppy, and see if it bombs on boot or not.. I will try and do this myself bought I'm going to be busy today some other stuff..
EDIT:
The driver might actually loaded from my ultra Satan... Can't remember now :roll:

HD10 isn't "free software" but there is a demo...Forgottenmyname wrote: 09 Aug 2018 20:22 I don't suppose you have a link to the file do you? Still an STe newb here.

Going back to the images in my previous post https://www.exxosforum.co.uk/forum/viewt ... =220#p8057
There has been no progress with these over the past month :( So I am going to send them off to get the headers soldered onto them as I can't see myself getting time any time soon.

Well mine certainly seems to work ok. I'll put it on test again over the weekend.
I think you've got a good product you can sell just fine, just need to get it on the shelf.
