Should be good to go, just plug it in, of course the new amp has not been tested on the H5C1 yet.. There was a basic copy of the amp board anyway but still... :hide:PhilC wrote: 15 Jul 2021 17:26 Whats required now to implement the S2 Midi Synth? do we still need the amp board or is it good to go?

Re: H5C1 BOM
The reason I asked about the ROM is because the URL in the first post leads to the TOS162/206 ROM (what I understand is the STE-compatible ROMs), which confused me for a moment.exxos wrote: 13 Jul 2021 22:15 @StealthGunner385 ST chipset only supports TOS104,TOS102 DUALTOS, but I don't suggest them as I am actually discontinuing that combination. It's why I am suggesting the TOS104, TOS206 ROMs. Then at least if you decide to use the decoder board, you already have TOS206 ROM ready for it.
Thanks for the clarification, I'll be getting the 104/206 and decoder.

Re: H5C1 BOM
I just use normal header strips and cut them to size.alienkidmj12 wrote: 20 Jul 2021 22:21 if we want to use a falcon 030 memory board, which kind of board header do we need, i understand it is 30 pin (2x15) and 50 pin (2x25)
