DO NOT USE MOBILE / CGNAT DEVICES WHERE THE IP CHANGES CONSTANTLY!
At this time, it is unfortunately not possible to whitelist users when your IP changes constantly.
You may inadvertently get banned because a previous attack may have used the IP you are now on.
So I suggest people only use fixed IP address devices until I can think of a solution for this problem!

As for your original question. Iirc, you only change the ACSI ID on the ACSI-SCSI host adapter board. The SCSI hard disk always needs to be set to SCSI ID 0. Another option would be to change the ACSI IDs of the Ultrasatan: http://joo.kie.sk/?page_id=255.

Yes, that is entirely possible.czietz wrote: 16 May 2021 17:26 You're right, it doesn't make sense. It's also not true, i.e., both Frank and rubber_jonnie remember it wrong. The original Atari MegaSTE ACSI/SCSI host adapter does pass the ACSI bus through. You can still use external ACSI devices with the host adapter card installed.
(Maybe they were confusing it with the internal Ultrasatan adapter for the MegaSTE. That one indeed disables the external ACSI port.
