DO NOT USE MOBILE / CGNAT DEVICES WHERE THE IP CHANGES CONSTANTLY!
At this time, it is unfortunately not possible to whitelist users when your IP changes constantly.
You may inadvertently get banned because a previous attack may have used the IP you are now on.
So I suggest people only use fixed IP address devices until I can think of a solution for this problem!

Re: exxos IDE interface (untested)
I quickly wrote a couple of crappy testing tools earlier..
Version 1 constantly saves and loads 512bytes (one sector) and verifies the data is correct.
The second version, writes about 50MB of data, then reads it back and verifies it.
Nothing so far has tripped up or got corrupted :)

So, now you've got that working... the next version will incorporate this chip to give SATA access? :D ;)

Or even a Genisys Logic GL831?

Intro retro computers since before they were retro...
ZX81->Spectrum->Memotech MTX->Sinclair QL->520STM->BBC Micro->TT030->PCs & Sun Workstations.
Added code to the MiNT kernel (still there the last time I checked) + put together MiNTOS.
Collection now with added Macs, Amigas, Suns and Acorns.

Re: exxos IDE interface (untested)
Testing has continued with different adaptors and the board hasn’t tripped yet.
I call this one the SD to IDE hair grip model as it’s held neatly in place with a couple of my daughters hair grips. Hey use what you can find to get the job done. :D

Re: exxos IDE interface (untested)
Picked up a SD card earlier today it seems to be happy...
Currently I have tested CF, Seagate 3.5" brick drive, SD card.
I have some more brands of CF coming this week to try out..
The only issue I found so far is that a old 1GB sandisk does not AutoBoot.. But I guess it could have bad bits.

Almost looking like a disco :D with all the LEDs flashing away. Just need to add in the mirror ball. :)

You could change one of those LEDs to an RGB type and use them for 3 purposes? It's what I've done with my Gotek and Ultrasatan on the Mega
