The monitor manuals rarely ever say 15khz, check out the 15khz monitor wiki: http://15khz.wikidot.com/
It lists the 190M as 'partial' support which looks about right.

DO NOT USE MOBILE / CGNAT DEVICES WHERE THE IP CHANGES CONSTANTLY!
At this time, it is unfortunately not possible to whitelist users when your IP changes constantly.
You may inadvertently get banned because a previous attack may have used the IP you are now on.
So I suggest people only use fixed IP address devices until I can think of a solution for this problem!

Re: NEC MultiSync EA190M
If I remember rightly, not all monitors are created equally despite the same model number.
I think the trick would just be to find a older TV / monitor which has VGA input.

@thesofa Nice find! It will be good to hear how you find it to be with your setup.
I've watched the listing in case they are worth buying in the near future.... ;)

Joining in with this necrothread...
I have a 1970NXp. Same interface, same scaling effects in low res evident in Exxos' screenshots.
Seems to go OK for occasional 15kHz use, but I wouldn't really recommend it unless it fell in your lap dirt cheap. Doesn't seem to like interlaced modes.
The manual also states it's a 31kHz minimum. I'd guess all these NEC multisyncs are basically the same chipset and will likely all behave the same way.
Cheers,
BW.
