Great - as I said above, no real rush on my part due to lack of funds.,..possibly caused by some strange fascination with intermittent feeding of a particular hamster...not to mention a wife addicted to electric guitars (I'm frequently catching her looking at what we refer to as "guitar-porn"...usually some flamed or quilted Maple top on a very expensive guitar :o ) and the two teenage kids, a dog and two cats! :D :? :roll:PhilC wrote: 28 Jun 2020 22:44 @JezC fully assembled is what I'd really ne looking at doing, giving the end user a couple of options such as amount of ram and cpu type if possible.
No idea of cost yet but will put some figures together over the next few days.

DO NOT USE MOBILE / CGNAT DEVICES WHERE THE IP CHANGES CONSTANTLY!
At this time, it is unfortunately not possible to whitelist users when your IP changes constantly.
You may inadvertently get banned because a previous attack may have used the IP you are now on.
So I suggest people only use fixed IP address devices until I can think of a solution for this problem!

Re: Ready built TF536 Atari version. Any Interest?
 Certainly more than I should (according to my wife...but that may just be so that she can spend all the money instead) ;) :?
I think the only thing to put my retro-computer wish list in the shade is the music-related one! :D
Mind you, having re-strung my guitar the other day, I now have to prize it from either my daughter or my wife's hands if I want to use it...though why they suddenly prefer my second hand bargain (£30-odd) Yamaha Pacifica over the PRS, and SG (not to mention the acoustic guitar) never fails to amaze me!
While there's a ban on overtime at work, all these expensive distractions have to be considered much more carefully (alas)...

I do look forward to building up my own TF536s, but I would certainly pick up at least one built board or ST if they were available.

that's a great initiative. I'm interested in that.PhilC wrote: 28 Jun 2020 21:27 Hi All,
Just a quick post to ask if there is any interest from the community for ready built TF536 boards set up to work with the H4 and ST?
Cost TBC or can possibly build the boards for you for a builder fee etc.
Just let me know when and how much €.
Thanks

Re: Ready built TF536 Atari version. Any Interest?
thanks for the interest so far guys.
The Amiga guys seem to sell these for around £150 but I need to work out what the best option is for you guys.
@exxos has been looking at sourcing new 68030 chips instead of the usual rebadged Chinese examples that are out there.
There are also options like with or without IDE buffers, with or without MMU in the 68030 and a few others.
Then there's whether you'd like it bundled with EmuTOS, Tos2.06, preinstalled CF card and so on.
It is worth saying that initial testing will be made using a Phoenix H4 board, then a number of others, like a Mega ST and the more common ST boards but some of those will require modifications, fixes and relocator boards.
Further details very soon.
