Ok, that makes sense...in a way.
Have you tried the various pull-up fixes that exxos has posted elsewhere (I will try & find the thread if it's not clear which one I mean, possibly one about mandatory fixes) - I think that there was something relating to (missing?) resistors on the original design & having to fit some (or change the values) when replacing the original floppy with another...
It's a good few months since I first read it, so I may have mis-remembered some of the details (old age seems to be affecting my memory nowadays :? )
Edit: See below for the databus pull-ups to helpwith DMA to HDD & FDD/Ultrasatan etc.

DO NOT USE MOBILE / CGNAT DEVICES WHERE THE IP CHANGES CONSTANTLY!
At this time, it is unfortunately not possible to whitelist users when your IP changes constantly.
You may inadvertently get banned because a previous attack may have used the IP you are now on.
So I suggest people only use fixed IP address devices until I can think of a solution for this problem!

I'm sure my gotek cable has a twist to maintain pin 1 to 1 but some of the address line a0 to a2 on the sound chip are not buffered so a ground short could be bad.
