Does that adapter convert 12v signal from the Amiga to 3.3v for the ESP8266?

DO NOT USE MOBILE / CGNAT DEVICES WHERE THE IP CHANGES CONSTANTLY!
At this time, it is unfortunately not possible to whitelist users when your IP changes constantly.
You may inadvertently get banned because a previous attack may have used the IP you are now on.
So I suggest people only use fixed IP address devices until I can think of a solution for this problem!

I think so I power this 3.3v so should be
I have question about esp8266 speed
What baudrate I should set up ?and what mode ?

Hey, I like your idea of an all-in-one pcb with a DB25 connector. It would be handy to have along with a network boot disk to jumpstart any old system. I don't like the idea of extra cables sticking out.
But you'll need to add a jumper/switch for programming the chip - I think for the one you've selected it's GPIO0 to put it in programming mode, along with the reset button.
And you should connect up all the grounds on your DB25 connector (missing in your schematic and PCB).

I'm no expert, but I'm still concerned about the 12v <--> 3.3v side of it.

I agree, need to add a jumper on GPIO-0 to GND
I was also thinking about adding a link to esp8266-01
matt020
you can't have 12V on the output because MAX3232 is powered by 3.3V after that the maximum voltage for max3232 is 5V
so you definitely have the TTL standard output

What is the voltage on the Amiga serial port TX line?

Does the serial to TTL adapter lower the voltage from 12v to 3.3 for the ESP8266 module?

Yes exactly this module change for 3.3V
