I've always had had good experiences with DHL to be fair, but I probably don't use them as much as you do.HigashiJun wrote: 09 Mar 2024 10:24Yes, and despite all these new machines capable of handling tons of mail per hour that they claim to have in the sorting centres, everything seems to be worst than in the Middle Ages...rubber_jonnie wrote: 09 Mar 2024 09:42 Everything is moving slowly, about the pace of a tectonic plate... Be interesting to see what happens when the Lumafix128 arrives in the UK. That's coming with DHL, so I wonder if that'll be faster into the country if it isn't using Royal Mail.
I deal a lot with DHL at work, and they can be fast as they can also be slow, depending on what they have to clear through customs.
I certainly have to agree regarding the infrastructure that should be able to process all that mail, despite it services seem to be getting poorer all the time.
