I flipped the contents over earlier and it looks like there is a good deal more assembly, including soldering, than I thought there would be.

Should be fun :)

Well I seem to be in parcel purgatory again.

My missing Altairduino PCB is still sat in a depot in NY. Or is it? Is it being tracked outside the US? Who knows.

My Yellowstone card has sat in the Heathrow Worldwide Distribution Centre in Slough since the first. The Royal mail tracking keeps flipping between 'We've got it' and 'In customs'... Oddly it still says it came from Switzerland, so I'm wondering if it's been sent from there to allow for some sort of customs loophole since it was ordered from BMOW in the US.

As for my Lumafix128, that still seems to be somewhere in Europe. They do state up to 6 weeks delivery, but it would be nice to have an update other than the confirmation of my order. Perhaps this is what it's like buying stuff in the EU now.

Meh!

None of the tracking is updating at all and I'm just hoping that it'll all unjam itself soon.

Well, minor updates. The item at HWDC may not be tracked inside the UK until delivery, so good luck with that...

The missing Altairduino card now has RM tracking saying 'We're expecting it', though it's probably also not tracked once it get's here until delivery is attempted.

Meh!

Lumafix128, well it is what it is, shipping in 3-6 weeks is what it says, so I'll just have to be patient. I couldn't find it anywhere else though. It'll be 3 weeks on Sunday.

I'm not patient enough anymore to order stuff from abroad...

I know. Mail order is such a pain, especially if you can't specify the type of postage to use.

Well, the Lumafix128 is on the move, shipped today :)

Yellowstone card still shows as being at HWDC, but the missing Altairduino PCB has arrived in the UK. Let's hope that doesn't end up stuck at HWDC too.

Well, the Lumafix C64 has arrived, and the Lumafix C128 is actually on the way via DHL.

So the item I bought after everything else on eBay has already arrived :dizzy:

Yellowstone card is still apparently at HWDC where it's been for a week, and unless the PO is doing a parcel delivery today, which they sometimes do as well as the normal post, then it won't be here today.

If it doesn't arrive over the weekend I'm going to have to call them as there seems to be no other way to contact them as the 'chat' on the tracking site is just a useless bot.

The missing PCB for the Altairduino supposedly cleared customs yesterday, but it's still not with Royal Mail.
