That's a shame, though a quick look on eBay shows prices are quite sensible at the moment, not that I'm trying to encourage you though...

I have flip flopped between computers and consoles a lot over the years, and now I'm a Mac user with games consoles :)

I am also a Mac user with modern game consoles (Xbox, Switch, PS and other).

When I look back at the stuff I had (and got rid of), I think I could live a better life selling all that fancy stuff on Evil Bay... :lol:

IMHO, the Videopac was a quite nice console at its time but I would really not bother buying one now.

I really should sell some of my excess stuff, but I really can't bring myself to do so, and having the space to store it makes me want to sell it even less...

At least you don’t usually buy your computers in twos. I usually get a couple, learn to fix them, then tell myself I’m going to sell them. It all goes well till the selling part.

This is true, I do usually buy mine singly, but always available if you have spares to sell 😁

Depends on the machine, sometimes spares are not so easy to get, or at least cheap.

I bought quite a few STs for things like the GLUE & MMU, as they are getting harder to get hold of, and more so for Blitters.

Same with the Apple IIe when trying to get an MMU, though @Tomswork did kindly send me one.

Most 8 bit machines are quite easy to shop for though.

I have 3 spares STE motherboards laying under my desk and miscellaneous ATARI chips somewhere in my boxes...
