Got my socket today so that's soldered in. If I didn't have a full socket I guess I could have made one from turnpin header strips. The pitch is the same.

I used the tf534_2018_11_04_beta.zip when I flashed my CPLDs. Is that my best option?

Cool. I'll try the one I have on there first.

Not sure if I 'll even bother installing a coprocesssor socket.

I made a case for the Pi which has room for extra 5V regulators, a round power plug, and a slot in the side for the GPIO wires to exit. I'm gonna use two RC plane 5V switching regulators, one to power the Pi and one to power the TFxxx. These regulators will work on 6V to 24 V so I can use whatever power I have handy. Using one for both reboots the pi due to the current surge as the board is connected to 5V.

I'm still waiting for the 68030. I hope I get it in the next few days so that I can mess with it over the holiday. Fingers crossed.

My 30 is here, and I have signs of life. I have been troubleshooting. It won't boot unless it's in 7 MHz mode (jumper towards 68000 socket) and then only detects the original 512 KB Chip RAM. I get a green screen if I try to boot Kickstart 1.3 at 33 MHz, and in DiagRom it alternates red and green and then lots of garbled stuff and ends up purple. DiagROM seems to run normally in slow mode. Audio, Graphics and chip memory test (Up to 511KB) work as stock if I remember correctly, except it says it detects "shadow memory".

When I reprogram my CPLDs it always says "Device is blank" before it writes. That seems wrong to me since I have flashed them before. It verifies successfully after writing. Is there something I'm missing?

Reading the CPLDs produce files that are slightly smaller than the ones I wrote to them.

TF534 will not work in 7mhz mode.
Is your oscillator all right?
