How about Blackbird?
Or, if you want a raptor to continue the Falcon, Kestrel and Sparrowhawk line, Kite or Harrier.

Intro retro computers since before they were retro...
ZX81->Spectrum->Memotech MTX->Sinclair QL->520STM->BBC Micro->TT030->PCs & Sun Workstations.
Added code to the MiNT kernel (still there the last time I checked) + put together MiNTOS.
Collection now with added Macs, Amigas, Suns and Acorns.

More Dark Grey Matter.
Have printed out the rear middle section. Again I did not go for struts again as am being really lazy, hence the nasty mess on the ACSI port. We are really just after what is missing or in the wrong place.
I am really warming to this Dark Grey colour.

Re: STFM case remake
Third section printed out. This time with struts as there would be no way the cartridge port would print out without them but had a few issues with this print but let it run anyway.
Again its hi-lighted a few areas for improvements in the files.

Re: STFM case remake
Super glued all the sections together to see how it looks with a motherboard placed in side. Shows up the warping (curl) that my bed has create on the prints. When I have fixed the files for the bottom completely will do more considered and calibrated prints.

Re: STFM case remake
Small update - Am now ready to print out three middle sections as I am still working on the front part of the case bottom. Am starting with the highlighted section first.
Re: STFM case remake
what size is each piece Icky?
I nearly bought a bigger printer today, was looking at a Creality CR10s Pro

If it ain't broke, test it to Destruction.
Re: STFM case remake
From a size perspective I have been breaking it up really in sizeable chunks for speed of printing and areas to look at.
Once I am happy with the files we will look to build one up properly but its going to take some time as I am finding a lot of issues to fix.
For my printer to do a whole case bottom would be to do it in 3 sections total with its extended bed. A whole case bottom is 290mm x 475mm so its going to be a big print bed to print a whole case.
One other thing to think about, is that these 6th sections if they were to be done at a good quality have an estimate of 1 day to print so for all 6 that's just under a week. We have to do this in sections at the moment as think about doing a whole case in one go on a large printer. It will take under a week and if anything goes wrong, well its going to be a very big coaster.
Re: STFM case remake
Bit more of an update. Exxos and I have come to the conclusion that these 3D files are not derived from scans as per ask by Exxos to the company. They look more drawn than scans as there are so many issues with pillars and holes etc. This has confirmed as mentioned by Exxos not to rush into for example getting something manufactured from the files straight away and to spend time making sure this was a true representation of the case.
One of the biggest tell tale signs is the mouse joystick port. If you look in the picture below I have placed the printed section next to a real section. Firstly there are no curves on the outside of the raised section and the other part you will notice on the real case port where the mouse / joystick DB9 connectors slots in is actually angled towards the front of the case. If we were to place a keyboard on this 3D print it would not fit correctly due to the angle etc.
So where are we now. We need to do a lot more to fix the issues that we have found meaning its going to take a bit longer for us to get the first bottom part of the case properly printed but we are in good shape as we know what we need to do and how to get there.
Here are a few more pics of the other three sections glued together and a motherboard placed inside. Just the front section missing as am working on a few pieces before printing out.
