At this time, it is unfortunately not possible to whitelist users when your IP changes constantly.
You may inadvertently get banned because a previous attack may have used the IP you are now on.
So I suggest people only use fixed IP address devices until I can think of a solution for this problem!

Hehe. There are plenty of alternatives for the A500.

True.

Very few open access options for DIY'ers, though.

Edit. That advanced set. There is TF530 and TF534 after all.

Pretty sure all of Matze's boards are OS.

Great project.
But at this point it is great experimental kit.
(I think I will actually build it)

TF536 did seem to be much closer to be a rock solid DIY solution.

I would call it mixed reviews.
In this hobby 50% success rate (in sample of 2 ?), in my opinion it is very high success rate. :D
Comparing this to Matthias card - TF536 in current state is much more mature solution IMHO.

Well,
This is something i can't explain atm.
At the beginning i was thinking Alen just used different parts to build his Prototype, and that's why card wasn't stable, but then he sent it to Stephen, after some thinkering it worked just fine on Stephens setup, so these wasn't parts he used...

Alen tested his card on different systems, got same result though, so im starting to think it's the CPUs Alen used.. Yes, i know this sound silly, but it MAY be possible, got this phenomenon on TF534 cards, where 33Mhz CPUs working fine @50Mhz on 2b & 2c cards, but are unstable on latest 2d rev.. Don't know what's causing that, but that's the fact. Also 50Mhz ceramic cpu quits after 10 min. or so (seems to be fake), however original 50Mhz removed from Blizzard IV works great. Also original 33Mhz ceramic CPUs bought from US are working stable.. So yeah, need more tests to make final conclusion...

No, I tried many different CPUs, I also built 2 boards and both have identical problems. It works as long as you keep the CPLD freezing cold with the spray, hangs as soon as you stop. There is more to it than that, so I perfectly understand Stephen not wanting to go down that rabbit hole.

Can you just imagine the complaints and the pestering cause the board won't work on some systems...

It is clear that releasing this as commercial product is out of the question.

Thanks for developing the 500 accelerators anyway. :) If there is another 500 accelerator I will might try to build it too. Maybe I'll get a CD32 or something too.
