Now in the US-cleaner. They will be in the store soon. Though I do not plan on making any more up after this batch as they are rather time consuming.

DO NOT USE MOBILE / CGNAT DEVICES WHERE THE IP CHANGES CONSTANTLY!
At this time, it is unfortunately not possible to whitelist users when your IP changes constantly.
You may inadvertently get banned because a previous attack may have used the IP you are now on.
So I suggest people only use fixed IP address devices until I can think of a solution for this problem!

Re: exxos blog - random goings on
So the chair update...
Where things left off was basically this...
Though when sitting on the chair and bouncing up and down the thing was incredibly wobbly
So I put some oil on the piston and jumped up and down on it to try and get it to slot in but it just wasn't having it. Upon removal I could see it is not fully inserting :( But things went downhill next :(
While I knew the piston was tapered I did not realise the extent it was tapered. I did some measurements etc..
My new block had a fixed 27mm hole...
So basically a simple hole just isn't possible because the entire length is tapered
So I sent the information to the metalwork guy along with instructions to not allow the piston to insert fully because otherwise it would press on the button of the piston would cause the chair to go up and down.
So it is going to cost another £45 for him to bore out the hole and fit a tapered collar there, which is basically an adapter to fit the angled piston. I'm also sending a new piston which arrived earlier this morning. So he actually has the physical part to figure out all the measurements himself this time..
Dawn said buy a expensive chair.. but I already spent £200+ at least 3 times on a chair. They don't last any longer than the £50 ones. If I bought a chair I would probably import one from the USA as I would presume they would be indestructible  but meanwhile I actually already have a new chair... I just cannot sit on it
I'm going to post the block and piston back to him tomorrow, so hopefully I will have the correctly fitted block back sometime next week.
:dizzy:

Oh dear, I thought you'd had it made with a tapered hole!!!
I'm with Dawn, buy a new chair. I have one made for 'larger' folks and is designed for 24 hour use if needed. I can't see it ever breaking, but then none of my other chairs have...

Re: exxos blog - random goings on
What's the definition of madness again ?
EDIT:
I'll ask the AI..
The statement you're referring to, "doing the same thing repeatedly over and over again but expecting a different result," is often attributed to Albert Einstein, although its exact origin is debated. This concept is a colloquial way of describing a situation where someone continues to repeat the same actions or behaviors while hoping for a different outcome. It is often used to illustrate the idea that such a pattern of behavior is irrational or futile.

Soldering all done. Was far more annoying than I envisioned. Things were a little bit close with the head of pins in places. But I did not have much room.
Anyway, time for pudding....
