DO NOT USE MOBILE / CGNAT DEVICES WHERE THE IP CHANGES CONSTANTLY!
At this time, it is unfortunately not possible to whitelist users when your IP changes constantly.
You may inadvertently get banned because a previous attack may have used the IP you are now on.
So I suggest people only use fixed IP address devices until I can think of a solution for this problem!

If it ain't broke, test it to Destruction.

HMMM...
So *something* doesn't like 8 microsteps. 64 its hard to tell, but doesn't seem as smooth as 32 steps. So going to stick to 32 steps I think.
Code: Select all
MS2 MS1 Microstep Setting
GND GND 8 microsteps - JERK AS IN VIDEO
GND VCC 32 microsteps - SEEMS OK ?
VCC GND 64 microsteps - TINY JERKS
VCC VCC 16 microsteps - SEEMS OK ?-

Re: exxos blog - random goings on
I contacted Trinamic Technical support about the drivers. Oddly it has gone to a Maxim integrated support channel where they then replied saying "Thank you for contacting Trinamic technical support, now part of Analog Devices." so I have no idea who owns who any more.

Re: exxos blog - random goings on
I think I figured something out with compiling the software..
It seems if I click the build button on the screen it simply errors..
If I click the "build tick button" in the blue bar at the bottom left it seems to compile then...

There's a plug in especially for compiling marlin firmware. Put that on and it sorts most of the compiling issues out.

Yeah that's the first image I show, it does not work..PhilC wrote: 04 Nov 2021 20:08 There's a plug in especially for compiling marlin firmware. Put that on and it sorts most of the compiling issues out.
We somehow seem to have bricked my board now
I mistakenly thought download meant download the firmware from the board not upload it to the board.. I wanted to read the firmware and save it before hand... But nope it uploaded my compiled firmware and bricked the board instead

@exxos you and 3d printers just don't seem to be friends.
At least you can refresh it. Lemme know if you want me to compile anything

Yep. I just do not get on with anyones stuff other than my own.
I have used the boot loader in their own repo. There is only one listed for my board anyway. It flashed and verified fine but Windows refuses to see the board any more.
In the install guide is this screenshot..
Then on my screen..
So it looks fine to me  :stars: :pullhair: :headbang: :cussing:
