They never seem to look properly soldered to me

So either my soldering sucks (probably) or this thing is wired up wrong (also probably)..

Might just be the photo but looks like theres some solder bridges on the left hand side

It's a trick of the light.. The flux is making it look that way..

I don't think all the pins were level on that chip
