Icky Projects
Re: Icky Projects
@Icky it still amazes me that even for the rare computers out there that you can still buy some of the parts.
If it ain't broke, test it to Destruction.
Re: Icky Projects
I know. Someone somewhere has a part that’s needed. Only thing is the parts are getting expensive.PhilC wrote: Fri Jul 08, 2022 12:24 pm @Icky it still amazes me that even for the rare computers out there that you can still buy some of the parts.

Re: Icky Projects

Intro retro computers since before they were retro...
ZX81->Spectrum->Memotech MTX->Sinclair QL->520STM->BBC Micro->TT030->PCs & Sun Workstations.
Added code to the MiNT kernel (still there the last time I checked) + put together MiNTOS.
Collection now with added Macs, Amigas, Suns and Acorns.

Re: Icky Projects
Life is still distracting me from Atari.
This weekend was spent building a 19" 1U twin side-by-side monitor stand rack (that was a mouthful).
Lets start with some 300mm wide pine boards:
A bit of presentation, staining and oiling:
In situ in the studio (not mine I must add):
