At this time, it is unfortunately not possible to whitelist users when your IP changes constantly.
You may inadvertently get banned because a previous attack may have used the IP you are now on.
So I suggest people only use fixed IP address devices until I can think of a solution for this problem!

Don't forget the patches on the board - https://www.exxosforum.co.uk/forum/viewt ... =10#p18624

Also PhilC you might want to remove the last four IDE header pins the power ones (on the left) and route them from underneath it makes it easier to plug in the IDE cable and get the power out. (see link above).

It was a design flaw on my part when putting in the header. If it was the smaller 2.5" IDE header it would have been fine. Already noted this one for Trudie (I mean the production board) :)
My OCD means I have to complete the board first and then fo the patches

Did you guys see my question re caps, can they be any other value?

@PaulJ I'm ok with the long headers, it's the small ones I find annoying. Where possible I use jumpers to hold rows of them together but otherwise I find them a pain to do.
If it ain't broke, test it to Destruction.

Apart from the electrolytic cap and the ones on the jumpers (see MOD 2) all the others are just decoupling capacitors so I guess for this DEV board you could use another value near to the original value.

Pretty confident I can get mine nearly fully assembled this weekend, then it's just a question of dropping in the large PLCC socket plus the ceramics and the resistors I'm missing, which is just the 100Rs, then plug in the rest of the chips when they arrive next week. Have a nice little IDE to CF interface to try it with as well.

Just added a couple of AT27C4096-55s to my parts order so I can flash my own ROMs and give my new TL866II+ a test run :)
