Hi @JezC. I got the connectors from AliExpress - https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32887332295.html - 2x22 version.

However I do have a lot of them so I'll stick one in the post for you :)

Just build the board up as it should be, then you can try different options out with the TF536. I think @PhilC has used the IDE board with the TF536 on his H4.

Hi @Icky that's very generous - many thanks!

Ok, I'll try and get the BOM sorted & order the shortages - I'll need to re-read this post to get the final values (I think some of the R68 may need to be R100 for example).

Once I've done that I will try and add an updated BOM to this post & see if that helps anybody buy up the remaining stock... :D

Yes, @PhilC says he has the TF IDE working (it might only be booting off IDE with EmuTOS using the current firmware...TOS 2.06 needs a firmware tweak IIRC)

@Icky @JezC yes the version 2 board worked fine with the ide board as the rom decoder etc. Haven't tried the 2b with the ide board other than trying to get my Mega working with it. I'll try testing it over the weekend.
If it ain't broke, test it to Destruction.

I think I still have the final PCBs for this project somewhere...

IMG_20200326_215929.jpg

Never got chance to build any up etc but development turned into TRUDIE..so the original project got abandoned near the end.

But the board as shown above can be easily built by people.. You just need a suitable programmer really.. And to obtain all the parts, which should be pretty simple.. If there's interest I'll try and find the pcbs for it and try and figure out where the heck the firmware got to with it all.

Forgot I'd built so many of these, I have another in one of my Megas. I think I need to get modding my other two :)

It's an R1C.

The other are the ST-IDE-ROM Dev board V1.

All 3 boards are tested and working. I think the 2 dev boards have a few bodge wires on the back, but are otherwise good once I drop a suitable ROM in. The one I do have installed has TOS 2.06 and Emutos.

My only issue is that my other 2 Megas have Megabus IDE adapters, so might need to do a bit of fiddling to make stuff work as planned.

Did R1C have bodge wires on the bottom ? Looking at my files I did other revisions...

R1F looks like I got those made at JLC, but no idea if those were tested.
