Sounds good Phil. Looks like your making good progress.

I just check the rom image with sys info and it shows up @ $e00000 and $fc0000 so it should boot either 1.04 or 2.06 just as designed. Just finished looking through stuff in the shed and no 245's ;) ;) ;) Going to need to wait for the ones I order last night in desperation. Really sucks when ya know you have something and can't find it. You watch when the others get here the ones I have will fall off a shelf and hit me in the head.  Guess I'll go make the 1.04/2.06 eprom.

Ya, I've found about 20 244's.. sometimes I just find it unbelievable. .. ;) ;)

The only physical issue is half the center post of the lid is covered but I think half a drill width can take care of that. Looks like it was made for a mega!!

Well just made a 1.04/2.06 rom and the mega can boot into either. With both versions I can dump $e00000 and $fc0000 and the same code is seen so both area's decode are or'd together so when the code references in first 8 bytes jumps to the code base it goes there with no issue at either memory location. Nice job Exxos! :) :)

We when my 245's arrive I'll be on the IDE.. :excited: :excited: :excited:

So this is as far as I get at the mo,

Using the HDDriver exxos recommended it saw the IDE and the ASCI buses and sees two devices under the IDE but both with garbage names.
