C11 is 100nf, basically all the top board 0603 caps are 100nf as well as the two on the underside next to the 10uf caps, but the two 0603 inside
the PGA socket are 1uf so make sure you get those right, there is an updated BOM I did for the Rev 2 which is the same as the REv 3 its in one of the TF330 threads somewhere

Cheers guys, and apologies SupaDuper, I was looking at the old version, the Rev2 (i.e. Rev3) version that you posted can be found here for anyone else that is looking:

Here's a TF330 build with a cooling 'solution' for those of you that might be interested:

The heatsink is a 28mm X 28mm x 8mm easily found on eBay. It is secured using Arctic Alumina Silver thermal adhesive (two part epoxy) and so does not require any additional mounts on the board. The 8mm height still allows the 330 to slot easily into the CD32 case at an initial angle. You could probably get away with up to 12mm height and sides much wider than 28mm however these seem to give good performance for very little £.

It states on the Arctic website that this adhesive is not intended for use on CPUs however I'm taking that to refer to modern CPUs that require large heatsinks and active cooling in conjunction with a high quality thermal paste rather than an 030 that can run happily without a heatsink at all. I have been running a couple of these for the past few days and they seem very happy.

The processor pictured is a MC68030RP33B.

Booooo! :(

Has anyone successfully used an alternative to these chips on the TF330? I assume this will also affect the TF536 in its current incarnation?

Edit: I see that Mouser still have plenty in stock for now but they're also marked as "End of Life"

The official RAM chip for the 330/536 is MT48LC16M16A2P-6A:GCT-ND, it's stocked and still active.

EDIT: for the chip you quoted, there is none on mouser either, but they have plenty of the official ones.

I picked a chip that was active on RS.

Ah, yes apologies, the helpful Mouser search came back with a similar chip as the one I searched for wasn't in stock.

Looks like I'll be using the recommended official parts from now on then. Cheers.
