DO NOT USE DEVICES WHERE THE IP CHANGES CONSTANTLY!
At this time it is unfortunately not possible to white list users when your IP changes constantly.
You may inadvertently get banned because a previous attack may have used the IP you are now on.
So I suggest people only use fixed IP address devices until I can think of a solution for this problem!

@PhilC maybe put a custom firmware onto the PS3, that'll help for getting hold of games.

And yes, I'll agree - Burnout is a great game on the platform too.

Oh I shall definitely be tweaking the firmware when I get another PS3. I have a mod chip and homebrew memory card already for the PS2, just got to set it up.

Let me know if you are interested. :)

Its rather heavy, so would prefer to take to CL to give you, but I *DO* understand that itch people get when they are on the case with something and want it ASAP, so no worries if that was the case and you wanted it posted.

@mrbombermillzy, you know I actually missed the post where you said you had one. Yes, no rush from my point of view, add it to the deal pile and bring it to CL.

Thank you sir.

@mrbombermillzy Is that a backwards compatible one? Neither of mine have that flappy thing.

My old one had the same flap but was a release day version that I picked up from Game in Coventry.

There seems to be alot of confusion, what with partly compatible ones and versions that didnt make it into the UK which had the PS2 IC.

As far as I can tell, this model was the only one officially in the UK with the 100% compatible PS2 IC on it.

Here is a thread regarding the models: (2nd post down by banana man 6)

Great!

At this rate, we will just be loading the cars with our deals; never mind any CL4 exhibits!

Any progress with the A8s?
