why RAM ACCESS is only 82%?

I suppose the L1 Cache is still off

It boots to desktop fine with J4 off

Same results as before, except ram access this time is 81%

How is J2 set? On or off?

While I am checking this, please connect U1 pin14 an U2 pin14 with a short patch wire
