DO NOT USE MOBILE / CGNAT DEVICES WHERE THE IP CHANGES CONSTANTLY!
At this time, it is unfortunately not possible to whitelist users when your IP changes constantly.
You may inadvertently get banned because a previous attack may have used the IP you are now on.
So I suggest people only use fixed IP address devices until I can think of a solution for this problem!

Damage done to my STE
Re: Damage done to my STE
I highlighted the trace you was questioning... I think your not seeing exactly where the traces go and its resulting in the confusion.Bikerbob wrote: Thu Sep 19, 2019 8:47 pm Sorry Chris, I dont understand just 2 pictures? So your saying there is only the one trace that goes to the Via to the other side.. thats it?
Re: Damage done to my STE
So then as I said.. just the one trace that goes to the via to the other side of the board to the ROM?

I don't know which vias your referring to.. I highlighted the ones you mention anyway.. its better just to look at the images to see where things go.Bikerbob wrote: Thu Sep 19, 2019 9:52 pm So then as I said.. just the one trace that goes to the via to the other side of the board to the ROM?
Re: Damage done to my STE
This is why sometimes this is better in PMs.. there seems to be a communication issue.. So layer 4 is the bottom? where I pulled the pad from?
SO I will need to jumper to make the trace you highlighted work.. correct?

Re: Damage done to my STE
It's a TOS 2.06 misbehaviour issue that I knew eons ago, but had forgotten before installing the TOS switcher in the STe I picked up. Without a floppy connected, it'll do the RAM test, but then four bombs instead of move on to the desktop. Unrelated to the TOS switcher.Bikerbob wrote: Thu Sep 19, 2019 6:21 pm Are you saying that if the TOS switcher is in.. and there is no floppy connected to the cable that there would be boot issues?? but not at the point I am at correct??
you would get a screen etc??
Because I dont have a floppy connected in testing this.
