I'm using the ultra satan 19 pin plug which is vertical in relation to the 19 pin board connector. Is the 1772 daughter card stretching beyond the connector to interfere with the ultra satan plug in connector?

I think you won't be able to plug in the vertical UltraSatan:

Btw, I was wondering whether those sharp spikes on the sides are in the design or a production 'feature'?

They are a production feature. It’s where they are held onto the bigger manufacturing board ie the snap tag left after milling the board outline.

Well, I enjoyed it I've been listening to everything YouTube put up after that. Actually, it was 90% Radio Head. It makes nice soldering music, calming me down before I explode when something goes wrong with the soldering

Anyway, here's the un-f*ck boards in place, including the 1772 buffer board.

By the way, the green wire in the last picture is a correction for a mistake I made. I pulled a via there
But luckily, I could reconstruct it this way Phew.
