Yes, that's a good idea, probably only needed for the bit 3 and 4 as after that the increase will be very small.
Working ones : MegaSTE (68020) / TT030 / Falcon with AB040 & Eclipse / 1040STF
Need testing : Falcon with CT2

Well I already have the shifter in the adaptor board for your ram expansion.

I'm not sure about C1, C2 and C3 inline with RGB, the Falcon has 75 ohm resistors inline to match standard line impedance for video signals.
Are you doing this to eliminate any potential DC in the signal ?

I'm doing it because that what it says in the datasheet.... I to am not sure why the falcon is wired up differently..

Works for me .. I think the datasheet is probable more accurate than what was done on the falcon :)
