Do you have a diagnostic cart ? might be worth trying just for the hell of it.

I have had that while doing booster work... Will try and find what it was, I think it was some issues while I was doing the ACIA code for the SEC booster...

BTW, that picture is really strange. The bombs are perfectly clean and stable, which means that the Shifter works well. But I can' figure where the strange background could come from...
