Never again! There's a lot more bits in those bags then there looks!

I know some people said they don't need all the bits, but looking through 100's of emails to see what said what, then sorting out bags & separation orders out would take ages. Easier from my point of view to just group the bags and chuck in the box and posts them out, without confusing things further.

I will try to post them out Saturday morning.

Thanks to Icky we also have some monitor and midi sockets.. there's not enough midi for all orders (probably 3) , so potluck I'm afraid if you will get some or not.

These sockets seem to have a wider front 2 pins than the sockets I found in china ( no idea where I put them). So some bodging be needed there...

I am however going to need to set fire to the box later..

I did chuckle slightly when I sent it knowing your experiences with PainPal. Tuxie should recognise the box, it’s well travelled.

Agree with the others, thanks for putting these kits together Chris. It will make assembling consistent with everyone.

For those who missed the packs, sorry I am not building up anymore sets. But the parts I ordered from farnell and rapid are listed below. A lot of stuff I had in stock anyway, so I didn't charge for those... and no part numbers other than whats in the kits list https://www.exxosforum.co.uk/forum/viewt ... t=10#p8430 But things like sockets should be easy to find almost anywhere.

Even if I built up more kits, I would have to order more items this time and costs would be more.. plus no "bulk" discount as no use building up another 10 kits when not that many boards have sold.

I do have some resistors left over, but not sure when/if I will get time to look through those..

I have a fair few packs of resistors left... I am going to sorting it all out.. But in any case, how many people actually want the resistor packs ? I will probably just put together 2 or 3...There may be some odd chips all the bits I can chuck in the pack as well..

EDIT:

I made up 3 kits...

There is three different sockets, diodes, majority of the resistors and capacitors. Opto coupler and 373,244 chips, monitor socket.

I will list these at £10 as a really can't be bothered to add all this up.
