It's rather more costly than the OSSC and for me I really don't see a good deal that it will offer over and above what I can already do with the OSSC.
Plus for me, the HDMI out on the OSSC is perfect for the displays I have which and easily allows me to share an auto-switching HDMI adapter with my Retrotink to get the best results for me.
I can't see any massive advantages, though anybody looking for something new does at least have more choice.

I think the major advantage over the OSSC is the "works out of the box". Don't tell me you have good high resolution through the OSSC, at least not without spending a lot of time on it ... ?

That's fair enough, though I don't use it for my STs as I only ever use VGA adapters and they work perfectly on my NEC displays, but for everything else (Mostly 8 bit, some consoles etc) I use OSSC and Retrotink and have no issues, the OSSC works out of the box for my needs, which are mostly 8 bit.troed wrote: Thu Sep 29, 2022 3:29 pm I think the major advantage over the OSSC is the "works out of the box".
