Not an April fools BTW, just stumbled on this over at eBay:

Price seems excessive to me, even though they are sealed originals.

Sounds like either (a) someone has a massive over estimate of their value, or (b) it's a money laundering scam.
Intro retro computers since before they were retro...
ZX81->Spectrum->Memotech MTX->Sinclair QL->520STM->BBC Micro->TT030->PCs & Sun Workstations.
Added code to the MiNT kernel (still there the last time I checked) + put together MiNTOS.
Collection now with added Macs, Amigas, Suns and Acorns.

I guess value is in the eye of the beholder. I mean, I bet these kinds of things sell eventually. If I were a bit silly rich and had a nostalgia for my childhood Lynx, I'd probably buy it, if 15k was spare change to me.

Yep, agree with that.

Agree on the value thing for sure, I have paid over the odds for things purely and simply because I really wanted it. On the other front, if I were stupidly rich, I'm not sure I'd pay £15K for these.
