Great work @Steve!

Ever since the DB19s disappeared, I've wondered how well I could manage a DB25 chopdown if I had to do it, and I'll be proud if I ever make one that looks as tidy as yours.

One aspect I'm especially interested in is whether or not the solders hold in the shroud. I imagine they may be subject to some stress if the cable gets tugged, or during insertion and removal.

I enjoyed watching your efforts at gender reassignment surgery on the DB19F, but I think you've found the right solution here.

Now the question remains: Why wasn't it working when you wired up directly? Science may never know.
