Looks like your not using the 16MHz osc ? With the jumper its taken from the shifter 16Mhz.. that is untested as yet....
You need 16Mhz input to the GAL even if your only using 8Mhz modes... I need to get back to testing the 1.44mb GAL but my initial testing with the SJ3 soldered did not work and only 720k disk images on my Gotek worked. But, I just installed the GAL and turned on the H5, and I can immediately hear the "seek" sound coming from the Gotek. But after booting, if I try to open the drive A in TOS, the activity light on the keyboard is solid for a while, then turns off but no window opens for A. Tried several times, always same behavior.
As soon as I get the oscilloscope, I will measure that pin and report back.
