Received the H5 board today, it's beautiful!

I don't expect it to be finished until after Christmas and New Year but this is going to be a ton of fun putting together!

First I'll have to go through the Atari box and see what parts I already have and what I need to order, plus get myself a donor STFM so it has a case to live in.

Is the power supply from an old donor STFM generally good to use or would I save myself from a bunch of headaches by ordering a replacement PSU from the Exxos store? I never had an Atari with a built-in power supply and have no idea about those things.
I will be getting a donor machine regardless for the case and keyboard.

You can use a original PSU.. but I strongly suggest you recap it.

I don't think I have read, heard or seen any original PSU destroying an Atari so I would say you are pretty safe. But for more stable voltage, a recap is suggested as @exxos pointed out.

EDIT: Still no H5 board here.
