DO NOT USE DEVICES WHERE THE IP CHANGES CONSTANTLY!
At this time it is unfortunately not possible to white list users when your IP changes constantly.
You may inadvertently get banned because a previous attack may have used the IP you are now on.
So I suggest people only use fixed IP address devices until I can think of a solution for this problem!

Correct procedures for uploading files to the forum

Post by rubber_jonnie »

Hi All

Please remember that if you are wanting to share files with other users on the forum that the procedure is to upload the files to the forum and not link to external sites.

If an external link fails for any reason, and they sometimes do, then we lose all connection to the files and they are lost for other forum members.

If you are unable to see a file to upload it, it may not be a supported file type. In this scenario, please simply ZIP your files or add the file extension .txt to it, as these are supported formats, and will be seen by the attachment file browser.

Any questions please ask them below, thanks.
