They do look good in black and with 4 channels and an LA built in by the looks.
If it ain't broke, test it to Destruction.

Looks pretty nice but there not giving it away either.
Re: Am liking the black look of the new Rigol oscilloscopes
Didn't Dave Jones review one of those a while back ? I think they were moving to FPGA driven scopes which seemed to be a bit buggy and lacking in some features IIRC.
I need a 4chan scope with a LA built in really, but been a bit puff off Rigol lately as my scope is miss behaving. Could do with more resolution and sample memory than I currently have as well.

I'd always go for an old HP rather than new cheap ass chinese crap. Just my opinion though. Might be fine.exxos wrote: Sun Dec 22, 2019 2:50 pm Didn't Dave Jones review one of those a while back ? I would prefer oldskool stuff.. Though my scope ends up balancing on top of all the junk in a half open drawer as I have nowhere else to put it

I don't have anywhere to put it. https://www.exxosforum.co.uk/forum/viewt ... 164#p26465 pulling that middle drawer out is where I have to balance my scope.terriblefire wrote: Sun Dec 22, 2019 3:08 pm

Re: Am liking the black look of the new Rigol oscilloscopes
Printer is bigger and heavier than it looks.. The whole top flips up to get inside it and I need the physical head room as well to get at the back. I also have to be able to see stuff from my chair as well. So the scope ends up balancing between the draw and little table at a angle. Will take a pic tomorrow to show what I mean. I have given it all a lot of thought , other than moving one of the printers out, its just not doable I think
