At this time, it is unfortunately not possible to whitelist users when your IP changes constantly.
You may inadvertently get banned because a previous attack may have used the IP you are now on.
So I suggest people only use fixed IP address devices until I can think of a solution for this problem!

Yes, I had the same thought when a friend turned me on to it. Worked great on the 6809.. the turn around time to erase and burn an eprom was really turning me off. Here the time is seconds. Moates has a windoze app to download the code but I don't do windoze unless there just isn't another option. So yes, theres a python program to feed the pod which works great.
