Gotcha. I'll take a look at that joint as well. Thanks much.rubber_jonnie wrote: Tue Nov 04, 2025 9:17 pm Looks blown to me but check it with a multimeter in continuity mode, you shouldn't get a beep, just open circuit.
Also, there is a ferrite core next to it, L204 it looks like, and it looks like the right hand end (In the photo) has a dry joint.

DO NOT USE MOBILE / CGNAT DEVICES WHERE THE IP CHANGES CONSTANTLY!
At this time, it is unfortunately not possible to whitelist users when your IP changes constantly.
You may inadvertently get banned because a previous attack may have used the IP you are now on.
So I suggest people only use fixed IP address devices until I can think of a solution for this problem!

Re: Mega STe cartridge port problem...
Okay, I removed the fuse and tested it for continuity on an Extech multimeter.
I'm getting nothing. Nada, zilch, zero. Looks like it's dead Jim.
So now to get a new one...

Re: Mega STe cartridge port problem...
Oh just curious - do I need to worry about *why* that fuse blew?
Or is that something I need not worry about unless I put a new one
in and it blows.
Thanks.

Got it. Got the new fuse in and replaced the old one:
And it seems to be working fine now. The Robokit cartridge
and software is running okay. You can see it in action below:
