I let some of your ISA PCB v1.3 be made in China for my ATX Board.
I am struggling a bit with sourcing the SMD battery holder for the RTC
Do you evtl have a source or a vendor/ part number for a suitable component?
All I could find locally here in Germany are much wider than the 20mm on the board
I assume, that the battery is a CR2032, or do you use something else?
Another question: the two holes on both sides of the cartridge connector are for a bracket, right?
I could not find a suitable bracket with latches with distance of approx 76mm - at least not for keystone brackets
Any other special bracket, you used for the design?

The bracket holes were just a convenient location so there is no standard bracket to my knowledge. I could not find any information on standard ISA keystone brackets. Someone will need to 3D design and print a bracket to fit the adapter. If there are standard brackets then I can maybe update the design to move the mounting holes.

You are right with the bracket - there is no standard one with a suitable opening
Idea was to drill and file one in a existing „closed“ bracket like the Keystone 9203

So, I was wondering about using Bluetooth for outputting audio from an ST. So, I created an adapter for the YM2149 chip which split the 3 analogue audio channels into stereo and then fed this into a Bluetooth emitter...

It is the same size as the original.
